The Videography Work:
Here is a basic description of the different steps entailed to finish one Shopflick Seller Shoot. For a Full Description please visit our SfM FAQ.
1.One shooting session during which you will film:
a.A Seller/Store Profile
b.Up to 6 products for Product Listings
2.Shoot hi-res still images of Seller, Store (if applicable), Products
3.Edit (including graphics and music): minimum 1 rough cut, 1 final cut (of each video) to conform with Seller/Shopflick notes
4.Accurate list identifying the source of any music, video clips used
5.Deliver according to the Delivery Requirements and File Naming Conventions listed in the SfM FAQ and Requirements & Guidelines FAQ.

Description of Required Equipment:
You own or have legal access to the following, in good working condition:

- Camera: (Must be at least a 3 chip DV camera):
- Sound: (Must have a shotgun or wireless lavelier mic; prefer both):
- Lights: Adequate lighting; can be from consumer sources (e.g. Home Depot):
- Editing: Consumer level editing software will suffice, Professional is preferred:
- Computer: Must have an encoding program able to create a “Broadband High” Quicktime compression (.mov), and a way to send large files via FTP:

Standard Filmmaker Terms and Conditions:
1. Filmmaker is hereby applying to register with the SfM and if accepted agrees to abide by its rules and this Agreement, including the Rate Card.
2. Filmmaker will register on Shopflick and open a Paypal Account (either Business or Premier—both are free), posting accurate information in the required fields.
3.Filmmaker agrees that transactions and Seller arrangements will be completed through the SfM and will be in accordance with the applicable Rate Card.
4.Filmmaker will provide the equipment described above.
5.All cuts must be delivered on or before the due dates specified in the Filmmaker Assignment Form.
6.Final cuts will conform to the Filmmaker Feedback Form notes and be approved by Shopflick.
7. All services are on a “work-for-hire” basis; Shopflick has all rights, exclusive, worldwide and in perpetuity (and you hereby irrevocably transfer and assign to us all right, title and interest therein, including all copyrights, as well as all renewals and extensions thereto); you waive “moral rights” and we are free to make any changes.
8.You represent that for all material you provide, you are its sole author, all of it is original, it does not infringe on the rights of others, it was not copied from any other work; it is not libelous or obscene; it does not violate the rights (e.g. privacy, publicity) of any person or entity.
9. Sellers will pay Shopflick in advance of the shoot and Shopflick will remit payment to Filmmaker upon confirmation that the work has been delivered in final in accordance with these terms.
10.This Application does not assure you any work; all such work must be done pursuant to the Standard Terms, Conditions & Rate Card agreement executed for each job.
